Our Story

My passion for real estate started at an early age. Growing up, I helped my dad manage his rental properties, which sparked a lifelong interest in the industry. I even wrote a middle school paper on purchasing short-sell properties - an unusual topic for someone my age, but a true reflection of my early love for real estate.

After dropping out of college to take a job with a small property management company, I gained invaluable hands-on experience managing over $10 million worth of properties. As the only employee outside of the two owners, I learned every aspect of the business, from tenant relations to property maintenance, which has given me a unique insight into the world of property management.

When that company was sold, I found myself wanting to return to real estate. Hosting on Airbnb has allowed me to combine my passion for real estate with hospitality - something I genuinely enjoy. Becoming a Superhost in my first eligible quarter was a milestone, but my goal is to help others achieve the same kind of success.

For example, in my own listing I don’t offer one-night stays, as I’ve found longer bookings increase revenue while reducing cleaning efforts and costs. I designed my own property to have a high-end feel with thoughtful touches like soft-close cabinets, all while keeping costs efficient. Additionally, I blend automated messages with personal communication to ensure fast response times while maintaining a warm, personalized approach.

I’m passionate about learning and always seek out new trends and strategies to stay ahead of the curve. My background as an operations manager, along with my entrepreneurial experience starting a successful window cleaning business in high school, has equipped me with the skills to manage teams, optimize processes, and provide high-quality service to clients. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (soon to be Black Belt), I believe in continuous improvement and efficiency in all aspects of business.

While this Airbnb management company is just the beginning, my ultimate vision is to expand beyond just Airbnb to properties like hotels, event centers, campgrounds, and more. One day, I want travelers to seek out our properties first, no matter the city, because they know they’ll receive nothing less than an exceptional experience.
